Allerdings ist seine kürzlich vorgestellte Neuauflage, die ab 2022 erhältlich sein wird, nicht mehr so konventionell wie zuvor: Aygo ist deutlich gewachsen.als Lifestyle-Stadt-SUV-mäßig.
Die offensichtliche Änderung spiegelt sich auch im Modellnamen wider: Das farbenfrohe Modell mit hohen Beinen im XS-Format heißt künftig Aygo X, wobei X für „Cross“ steht und so ausgesprochen wird.

Da er nun die leicht verkürzte Plattform des Yaris übernimmt, bietet er weiterhin23 Zentimeter mehr PlatzalsVorgänger von Aygo– und die Passagiere profitieren davon. Vorne ist das Platzangebot des kleinen Japaners beeindruckend. Laut ADAC-Messungen finden Personen bis 1,95 Meter Körpergröße ausreichend Beinfreiheit. Außerdem gibt es ausreichend Kopffreiheit für Passagiere mit einer Länge von bis zu zwei Metern. Und die Breite des Innenraums ist für einen Kleinwagen überraschend groß.
Angesichts der Länge der Karosserie sollte es nicht verwundern, dass in der zweiten Reihe wenig Platz ist. Sind die Vordersitze auf 1,85 Meter eingestellt, gibt es hinten nur einen Sitzplatz.Menschen 1,65 Meter großgenügend Beinfreiheit. Die Kopffreiheit würde für Personen bis etwa 1,70 Meter Körpergröße ausreichen. Und das Raumgefühl ist eng.
Der Kofferraum des Aygo-X ist nicht sehr groß
Laut Toyota bietet der Kofferraum eine Öffnung von etwa 60°231 Liter vergrößerter Gepäckraum. Bei umgeklappten Rücksitzlehnen soll der Japaner maximal 829 Liter auf dem Dach befördern. Allerdings ist der ADAC aufgrund von Messungen strenger. Dann ist das Volumen des Kofferraums z155 Literfür diese Klasse als ausreichend angesehen. Obwohl es nicht groß ist. Wenn Sie die Abdeckung abnehmen und den Dachstauraum nutzen, erhöht sich das Fassungsvermögen auf 220 Liter.
Alternativ geht es auch im Kofferraumzwei Kisten mit Getränkenunterbringen. Wenn Sie die Rückbank umklappen und einen Kofferraum wählen, der bis zum unteren Fensterrand reicht (aus Sicherheitsgründen empfohlen), können Sie bis zu 480 Liter transportieren. Der ferngesteuerte Tempomat ist serienmäßig
An der Sicherheit haben die Japaner nicht gespart. weil im Grunde ein TeilDas Safety-Sense-Assistentenpaket gehört zur Serienausstattung. Dank Frontkamera und Radar reagiert das Kollisionsvermeidungssystem auch auf Fußgänger und Radfahrer, außerdem gibt es einen Spurhalteassistenten und einen Tempomaten. Auch im Falle einer Kollision verspricht Toyota ein hohes Maß an Sicherheit: Vier Euro NCAP-Sterne sind die Bezeichnung für diese Klasse. Was man jedoch weder mit Geld noch mit freundlichen Worten kaufen kann, ist ein Gerät zur Warnung vor toten Winkeln. Weil? Kein Toyota-Manager könnte es auf Anhieb erklären.

Aygo X: Die Engine bietet nur hausgemachtes Essen
Bei den Antrieben hingegen bietet der Aygo X nur Kleinstwagentechnik. Es gibt nur einen, der immer ein bisschen mürrisch ist1,0-Liter-drei Zylinder-53 kW Benzinmotor/72 PSverfügbar, was einen Singleton in Kombination mit einem Fünfgang-Schaltgetriebe mit hoher Übersetzung eher schwierig machtan einem ruhigen Ort 15,6 Sekunden auf 100 km/hund auf maximal 158 km/h beschleunigt. Selbst im vierten Gang ist der Flex des kleinvolumigen Saugmotors gering, und für die Beschleunigung von 60 auf 100 km/h benötigt der Toyota 18,6 Sekunden. Im fünften Gang dauert die Beschleunigung auf über 100 km/h 25 Sekunden.
Es gibt eine Alternative zum manuellen Getriebe.stufenloses CVT-Automatisch, was eine leicht verkürzte Sprintzeit ermöglicht, aber maximal 151 km/h: Doch nur wer das Mini-SUV hauptsächlich in der Stadt nutzt, sollte sich dafür entscheiden. Denn tritt man auf der Landstraße kräftig aufs Gaspedal, reagiert der kleine Dreizylinder-CVT-Motor mit einem unzufriedenen Geheul.

Im Allgemeinen verfügt der Aygo X über eine im Allgemeinen ausreichend präzise Lenkungkleiner WenderadiusAusgewogene Federung und zufriedenstellende Fahrstabilität in der Stadt. Hier im ADAC-Test verbrauchte er exakt 5,4 Liter. Auch der Gesamtverbrauch ist für einen Kleinwagen recht hoch. Beim ADAC Ecotest verbrauchte der Aygo X durchschnittlich 5,6 Liter pro 100 Kilometer. Aufgrund sehr sauberer Abgase, bis auf eine etwas höhere Partikelanzahl im Kaltstartzyklus, erreicht er im Ecotest vier von fünf Sternen. UNDHybrid- oder sogar DieselantriebAus Kostengründen planen die Japaner dies übrigens nicht.
Preis: ab 15.890 € für den Basis-Aygo-X
Soder neue Aygo X ist teurerumrüsten – im Vergleich zum kürzlich angebotenen Basis-Aygo ohne X – für jeweils 13.290 Euro. Aber angesichts der deutlich reichhaltigeren Ausstattung, etwas mehr Platz und einer deutlich frischeren Optik ist das wohl auch gut so.
Die in vier Varianten erhältliche zweifarbige Lackierung verleiht höheren Ausstattungsvarianten zusätzliches Flair. Optional bietet Toyota auch den Aygo X in einem anAusführung mit faltbarem Textildachmit dem Zusatz Air. Sie sind ab der Ausstattungslinie Air Explore ab 22.230 Euro erhältlich.
